* Visa support fee is charged by European School for issuing
all the necessary documents required for visa application. This also
includes a fee for issuing an official Letter of Invitation which is charged by the Ministry of
foreign affairs of the Russian Federation. This letter is required for
obtaining a visa to Russia. The fee charged for this letter depends on the
visa type (single entry or multiply entry) and the visa validity period.
** Police registration for stays over 3 months period is
charged at the rate of (ˆ20 for the fourth month and additional ˆ5 for
each additional month).

A group course starts with not less than 4 students registered. If a
group course cannot take place due to a few enrolments at any particular
time, the students
are provided with individual lessons at the discount rate of 10 %.
Terms of payment:
On receipt of the completed application
form and a Xerox or fax copy of your passport, we will send you within 7 days a written
confirmation of your enrolment and an invoice for the full
and deposit amounts.
All the necessary application/support fees as well as
the deposit (usually 30% of the programme fee) should be paid before an official
letter of invitation is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The rest
of the programme fees can be paid upon the arrival to Russia.

Refund policy:
If for any reason you
decided to cancel your program, you will be given the refund of:
1) more than two weeks before the beginning 100% of the course fee (less
bank charges)
2) 2 weeks or less before the beginning 70% of the course fee
3) 1 day before the beginning 50% of the course fee
4) after the beginning of the course 0% of the course
fee
